Serve as the technical owner for assigned fermentation and downstream manufacturing processes, providing scientific leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective production. Drive process optimization through data analysis, experimentation, and scale-up support—improving yield, contamination control, and product quality. Partner across Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to troubleshoot issues, lead CAPA, manage strain and process standards, and support technology transfer and commercialization of new fermentation technologies.
