Lead the operational performance of the Supermarkets vertical in Argentina, ensuring a seamless shopper experience by reducing frictions, optimizing key metrics (Fail Rate, Modified & Found Rate, Replacement Rate, Lates, Inaccuracy), and driving cross-functional improvements. Act as the link between strategy and store execution, designing end-to-end processes, dashboards, and initiatives to boost retention and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the operational performance of the vertical, monitoring and optimizing key indicators such as Fail Rate, Modified & Found Rate, Replacement Rate, Lates, and Inaccuracy.
•Design and execute end-to-end review flow to identify root causes of failed orders and implement corrective action plans.
•Develop and implement innovative processes for continuous improvement (e.g., weight validation for fresh items, mandatory scanning, proactive user calls, and intelligent substitution systems).
•Analyze high-impact initiatives and propose flow improvements (e.g., pre-checkout replacements, optimize in-store staffing with Fast Picking and Repos, improve Quality Rating with focus on ultra-fresh products and Smart Stock for not-found corrections on shelves).
•Build and maintain real-time dashboards to visualize business state and identify top offenders by store, and run cross-functional workstreams with other areas.

Key Requirements

•Over 2 years of experience in similar roles (Performance Operations, Supply Chain, Workforce Management).
•Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and SQL (essential).
•Experience with data visualization tools (DataStudio/Tableau) and shift management software (e.g., Orquest) is a plus.
•Experience using Generative AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude) for process automation and data analysis.
•Proactive, autonomous mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to translate large data sets into actionable decisions.
