Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversight of installation teams to maximize install revenue, improve install efficiencies, and ensure safety and quality of installation.
  • •Schedule installers, coordinate material delivery, review project scopes daily, and complete job-cost tracking to improve KPIs and metrics.
  • •Manage installers and ensure labor/material definitions and work execution meet Renuity HomeOrg standards and specifications; provide job assessment to support scheduling and revenue goals.
  • •Monitor installation job progress, maintain reports for time-to-completion and first-time completion rate, and manage outstanding account balances and completion certificates.
  • •Lead, train, and mentor installers and install helpers; conduct on-site checks and quality audits, and support ongoing skills assessments and vendor training.

Key Requirements

  • •Be an eligible active-duty or transitioning service member for the DoD SkillBridge program (180 days served and within 180 days of separation/retirement with written commander authorization).
  • •2+ years of supervisory experience managing installation teams in the home improvement industry (W-2 and 1099) or equivalent management experience.
  • •High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • •Certified Lean Six Sigma (preferred).
  • •Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and mechanical aptitude with electrical schematics and pneumatic/mechanical configurations.
