Key Responsibilities

  • •Process payroll each month with accuracy and compliance, working with the wider PX Shared Service team and internal stakeholders.
  • •Manage end-to-end in-house payroll processing for multiple countries and administer changes in local legislation across systems.
  • •Be an escalation point for the payroll team on day-to-day payroll queries.
  • •Train the wider PX team on best practices to reduce errors and improve payroll capability.
  • •Coordinate with Tech to ensure payroll changes are implemented in systems and collaborate with PX, Finance, Treasury, and Legal to keep inputs accurate.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in payroll processing and administration, ideally across UK and/or international payrolls in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Experience with an in-house payroll system, preferably Workday.
  • •Strong understanding of payroll legislation, tax, pensions, and compliance requirements.
  • •Experience managing end-to-end payroll cycles and resolving complex payroll queries.
