Head of People & Culture Spain (m/f/x)

Define and execute People & Culture strategy across Allianz Direct’s Spanish operations, leading a team of People Consultants and a Senior People Business Partner. Drive end-to-end P&C processes, employee engagement and retention initiatives, and cultural transformation. Partner with business leaders and the Workers Council/employee representative bodies to ensure fair, compliant employee relations aligned with Spanish labor law. Use AI-enabled tools and data analytics to optimize talent, rewards, performance, and organizational planning.
