Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate the structural design and delivery of projects across a range of market sectors.
•Prepare and review structural analysis, calculations, design reports, specifications, and engineering documentation.
•Ensure designs comply with relevant Australian Standards, the NCC/BCA, and client requirements.
•Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary project teams to develop practical, efficient, and sustainable design outcomes.
•Manage project deliverables, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder relationships to support successful project outcomes.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
•Ideally 5+ years’ experience in structural engineering with a focus on complex building structures.
•Demonstrated experience delivering structural design projects within a consulting environment.
•Proficiency in structural analysis and design software including SpaceGass, ETABS, RAPT, and Structural Toolkit.
•Seismic Structures experience (and familiarity with SAP2000, RAM, IdeaStatiCa, and Grasshopper will be viewed favourably).
