  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key business assumptions, hypotheses, and business questions around line of business strategy.
  • •Refine hypotheses continuously and facilitate integration of analytic strategy with business strategy.
  • •Develop analytical framework/blueprints to answer business questions across the business portfolio, product, or member experience.
  • •Evaluate strategic insights tied to Profit & Loss performance areas including product strategy, pricing, marketing, sales, credit risk, distribution channels, and member experience.
  • •Maintain connectivity and analytics insights for operational and nurturing dashboards; collaborate to drive continuous improvements and enhancements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business, science, finance, economics (or related) OR 4 years of relevant education/experience that may substitute toward the degree requirement (total up to 10 years).
  • •6 years of data and/or analytics or strategy consulting experience (or advanced degree plus 4 years of relevant experience).
  • •Experience identifying business needs and managing strategic plans driven by qualitative/quantitative analysis and market insights.
  • •Demonstrated experience using data analytics to formulate data-driven insights and influence business decisions.
  • •Experience performing complex data analysis using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Tableau, R, Python, SQL, Snowflake, SAS, or Adobe Analytics.
