Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure all audit work is balanced and completed timely and accurately.
  • •Check that the night audit process has been performed and agree room revenue posted by night audit to guest folios with the total revenue report.
  • •Verify guest checks (used checks accounted for; proper completion and signatures where appropriate) and validate room rates.
  • •Follow up to resolve paymasters within 3 days; verify late checkout reports and daily postings/attachments for City Ledger and Credit Card bills ("D" card).
  • •Scrutinize food and beverage revenue analysis, investigate overages and shortages, and reconcile telephone revenue in Tiger with Opera.

Key Requirements

  • •Basic understanding of complex computerized financial systems and ability to operate office machines.
  • •Ability to effectively deal with guest and team member concerns with empathy and provide proactive solutions.
  • •Maintain open communication between guests, team members and management.

  • •High school graduate or equivalent preferred, with at least 2 years experience in a related field (hospitality experience preferred).
