Officer Income Auditor (Mauritius, MU)

Ensure timely and accurate balancing of audit work for the hotel. Verify that night-audit processes are completed, reconcile room and guest revenue to folios and reports, and validate key billing items including room rates, food & beverage analysis, guest checks, and city ledger/credit card postings. Investigate overages and shortages, control vouchers, follow up on paymasters, and perform reconciliations using property systems such as Micros, Opera, and Tiger.
