Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the industrialisation process from prototype through manufacturing readiness to production readiness.
  • •Develop and implement manufacturing facilities, tooling, and processes for successful production.
  • •Run Manufacturing Readiness Level (MRL) assessments and ensure key milestones are achieved.
  • •Host Production Readiness Reviews (PRRs) and coordinate actions across multifunctional teams.
  • •Set up and maintain ERP/MES routes and BOMs; support production-released products with post-launch manufacturing issue resolution.
