Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee multi-point identity validation during recruitment and onboarding, including video interview capture, SHL behavioral assessment photo capture, and Webex-based I-9 document verification via Sterling Portal.
  • •Monitor Day 1 new hire orientation and training-stage identity verification, ensuring camera visual verification matches stored I-9 records and enrolled reference photos.
  • •Manage quarterly and event-driven revalidation coverage, including timestamped visual ID card checks and logged photo captures.
  • •Run continuous technology and hardware monitoring using Sentinel Vision, and conduct physical location audits (asset tag verification, ISP modem validation, travel router/VPN checks, and phone verification).
  • •Act as primary compliance contact for identity/location discrepancies: pause access, escalate incidents, create iSmart tickets, coordinate cross-functionally, and produce monthly performance/risk reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, Criminal Justice, Information Security, Compliance, or a related field.
  • •1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Management, Recruitment, or HR Operations, with demonstrated leadership in US HR program delivery.
  • •Exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and investigative skills to manage sensitive HR data ethically.
  • •Proficiency in MS Office and ability to follow data privacy guidelines.
  • •Strong executive communication skills and adherence to ethical standards.
