Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain client relationships using personalized styling, product expertise, and fashion advice.
  • •Drive sales through cross-selling, upselling, and tailored recommendations while meeting individual and store KPIs.
  • •Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling platforms (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases.
  • •Support daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, visual merchandising, transaction handling, and keeping the floor and stockroom organized.

Key Requirements
