•Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project schedules for residential real estate transactions and projects.
•Coordinate with real estate agents, clients, contractors, and stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverables.
•Monitor progress against established timelines, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
•Prepare and distribute regular project status reports to management and relevant team members.
•Communicate schedule expectations and updates to stakeholders, and keep scheduling documentation accurate and up to date.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience as a Project Scheduler, Project Coordinator, or in a similar planning role.
•Strong proficiency with project management software such as MS Project or Asana.
•Exceptional organisational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
•A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
