Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity objectives.
  • •Execute production programs and ensure manufacturing orders are completed on time and per the established plan.
  • •Supervise and support plant personnel to maintain workflow continuity and resolve daily operational issues.
  • •Ensure assigned teams follow established manufacturing processes, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
  • •Monitor personnel and production performance each shift, ensure Quality and HSE compliance, and drive escalation of constraints, equipment failures, material shortages, and process deviations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (or at least 5 years of proven experience in similar roles with relevant technical training).

  • •Strong knowledge of production processes, workflow management, and execution of production programs.
  • •Knowledge of Quality Systems, Lean Manufacturing, and HSE practices.
