•Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Marketers and Lifecycle Marketers focused on accelerating Jobber's Fintech business (payments, financing, lending) with emphasis on building a high-performing, inclusive culture.
•Own Marketing-influenced revenue growth for the Fintech portfolio, including adoption, activation, usage, and revenue growth across payments, financing, and capital.
•Develop and own the end-to-end Fintech Marketing strategy and roadmap, identifying high-leverage opportunities and translating insights into action plans that balance customer value with revenue goals.
•Operate as a player/coach, guiding strategy while hands-on where needed to move the business forward.
•Build a culture of experimentation with rigorous analytics to prove what drives Fintech revenue and scale successful initiatives through cross-functional collaboration.
