Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and manage assigned real estate and infrastructure projects under broad direction.
  • •Define project requirements (location, desired results, completion date, cost parameters, funding sources, and interfaces).
  • •Prepare and obtain approvals for project plans including work specifications, schedule, and budget.
  • •Monitor and manage project schedule, making mid-course corrections as needed.
  • •Manage compliance with applicable building and fire codes, laws/regulations, HSE policy, and quality standards; coordinate consultants and contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Project or Construction management.
  • •Minimum 10 years of experience working for a project management consultancy or construction company.
  • •Experience delivering Liquid Mud Plants or similar plant projects (storage tanks, pipework, pumps).
  • •Registered with PMI or an equivalent preferred.
  • •Proficient in MS Projects and SAP; AutoCAD knowledge beneficial.
