Department Manager - Landscape Supply - Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Lead the irrigation-focused department in the branch as an expert and bilingual partner to customers. Assist the Branch Manager with sales and operations planning, statistical demand forecasting, and supply/demand integration. Drive an incident-free safety culture, manage inventory and target customer mix, and train agronomic staff on the irrigation product line. Collaborate with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and support other departments as needed.
