Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and coordinate the design process with the Engineer of Record and technical partners from inception through construction documentation.
  • •Validate technical requirements, develop and maintain the Design Management Plan, and run design reviews and coordination sessions.
  • •Manage design issues, value improvement practices, value management/constructability workshops, and BIM clash detection sessions.
  • •Review submittals for compliance, support the Quality Control Program, and coordinate design-related RFIs, changes, and OAC meetings.
  • •Coordinate close-out activities, including as-built drawings/manuals documentation integration, commissioning plan compliance, and tracking close-out deficiencies and warranty items.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 110,000 annually
