Job Summary

Serve as an AI-augmented “seed” full stack engineer across product teams, owning end-to-end development of features spanning frontend and backend. Translate requirements into working implementations with minimal handoff friction, mentor peers on full stack practices, and help scale autonomous, AI-accelerated development. Identify efficiency bottlenecks in collaboration and improve product/design/engineering workflows, contributing through ideation, deployment, and iteration in production systems.

•Champion full stack practices, mentor peers, and help scale AI-augmented development across the organization.
•Identify cross-team collaboration efficiency bottlenecks and propose improvements across product, design, and engineering processes.
