Key Responsibilities

  • •Promote SEV services, packages, memberships, promotions, and retail products while identifying client needs and recommending appropriate services.
  • •Warmly welcome clients and manage the client experience from arrival through departure.
  • •Handle client check-in, check-out, and accurate payment processing.
  • •Book, modify, and cancel appointments with attention to detail; respond to calls, emails, and voicemail professionally.
  • •Complete opening/closing duties, keep the front-desk area clean and stocked, and support clinic operations as directed.
