Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor project plans adherence to initial schedule and report progress to management
  • •Develop high-level pre-construction and construction planning to identify critical path and alternate schedules
  • •Review plan against schedule from PMC/EOR and recommend changes
  • •Coordinate with project teams from pre-planning to delivery regarding scheduling, monitoring and risk mitigation
  • •Generate regular reports on project progress and schedule adherence

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in planning and control of real estate development projects
  • •Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management or operations
  • •Experience with Primavera P6 is essential
  • •Strong knowledge of GCC real estate market and project phases
  • •Ability to multi-task and monitor schedules for more than 5 projects simultaneously
