Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with product teams to build innovative, performant web development toolkits.
  • •Design, implement, maintain, and improve the architecture of Rspack, Rsbuild, and Rstest.
  • •Analyze and optimize compile performance, improving JavaScript bundle quality and efficiency.
  • •Carry out code reviews to ensure code quality.
  • •Contribute to designing and implementing end-to-end tooling for JavaScript R&D workflows.

Key Requirements
