Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate third-party connectors, MCPs, and plugins for functionality and risk; deploy in dev settings and test data flows before recommending for product roadmap.
  • •Configure and tune platform settings, controls, and restrictions across Claude, Gemini, and Copilot Studio.
  • •Build and implement custom MCPs and integrations.
  • •Build complex agents with multi-agent orchestration using Copilot Studio and Gemini.
  • •Provide platform-level troubleshooting and how-to support; coordinate with adjacent solution/forward-deploy teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • •6+ years of experience in software/platform engineering, including hands-on work in the last two years with LLM-based or AI assistant platforms.
  • •Deep, hands-on expertise in one or more of Claude, Google Gemini, and Copilot/Copilot Studio.
  • •Experience implementing custom MCPs and integrations, plus deep knowledge of platform configuration and settings.
  • •Strong software fundamentals including version control (Git), testing, and CI/CD; ability to evaluate connectors/plugins for functionality and security risk.
