Key Responsibilities

  • •Create and review should-cost models for MEP (including cleanroom-specific experience) and tool installation projects.
  • •Collect, review, and summarize cost data for tool installation and MEP works (labor, materials, equipment, spares, facilities expenses).
  • •Identify and assess reporting data in source systems/data warehouses and ensure data quality and alignment to business processes.
  • •Develop systems and processes to improve cost data collection and analytics, accelerating decision-making.
  • •Generate dashboards and market summaries, and partner with category and program teams to present findings and support strategic negotiations; occasional travel required.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of relevant cost management / quantity surveying (QS) / pricing / analytics experience, including cleanroom/pharma MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) process utilities and CSA.
  • •Experience in past construction projects and a construction procurement background.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and applications for data analysis (reports, trends, pivot tables), with SQL and Python experience preferred.
  • •Experience using should-cost (cost estimate) methodology and tracking equipment, materials, labor/rates with budget vs. actual variance analysis.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in an industrial/electrical/mechanical related field, Construction Management, Engineering, or Building & Quantity Surveying.
