Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

•Own administration and optimization of our core sales tech stack (Gong Engage, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Nooks, Chili Piper) and drive adoption.
•Design and activated GTM workflows across Sales, Marketing, and CS to support the entire customer lifecycle with clear routing logic and documentation.
•Serve as the operational point of contact for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; triage reporting requests, translate business requirements into specs for Salesforce or other platforms.
•Oversee commissions and forecasting support tools (QuotaPath, Gong Forecasting); ensure proper configuration and data sources, coordinating with FP&A as needed.
•Partner with Revenue Operations and cross-functional teams to identify gaps and continuously improve processes to accelerate revenue growth.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a GTM Ops role at a B2B SaaS company.
•Hands-on experience administering sales tools like Gong Engage, ZoomInfo, or similar conversation intelligence and data enrichment platforms.
•Working knowledge of Salesforce: build reports, manage records, and understand how data flows through the system.
•Strong process orientation: document a workflow, spot where it breaks, and propose a fix.
•Comfortable working directly with Sales and Marketing stakeholders, managing requests, and setting expectations.
