Job Summary

Partner with business and regional HR teams to deliver P&C employee support excellence in India, with a focus on experience and performance. Contribute HR input to management discussions and regional projects, support workforce planning and reorganizations, and advise on employee movements and talent pipelines. Assist with HR diligence and integration initiatives, evolve HR programs and policies in line with local legislation, and resolve escalated Tier 2 cases within SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide P&C employee support excellence across India for selected businesses and collaborate with business leaders and HR teams.
•Contribute HR input to regional projects, long-term planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
•Support workforce planning and reorganizations, including M&A-related workforce considerations, scoping, and planning.
•Guide employee movements such as promotions and salary changes, and support timely pipeline of quality talent.
•Evolve HR programs and practices, recommend policies aligned with local legislation, communicate policy changes, and support escalated Tier 2 cases within SLAs.

•Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources management or Psychology from an accredited university or college.

•Strong commercial acumen and analytical ability using data to provide business insights.
