Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the technical engineer for enterprise physical security platforms including access control, video management, CCTV, intrusion detection, visitor management, and emerging security technologies.
  • •Design and implement integrations between physical security platforms and enterprise systems (identity management, HR, case/incident management, analytics platforms).
  • •Develop cloud-connected and hybrid security architectures to improve resilience, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • •Evaluate and implement video analytics, edge AI technologies, and intelligent sensor platforms to enhance threat detection and situational awareness.
  • •Lead technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, and vendor evaluations, and establish standards, lifecycle management processes, and technology roadmaps for global physical security systems.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of software and systems engineering experience leading enterprise-scale distributed systems and production services.
  • •Hands-on development expertise in Python and modern programming languages (Go, C#/.NET, Java, or TypeScript) with strong testing, code review, and CI/CD practices.
  • •Proven experience designing, building, and operating scalable APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and cloud-native applications in production.
  • •Extensive experience developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including LLMs, generative AI, RAG architectures, MLOps, and model lifecycle management.
  • •Expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, infrastructure-as-code, data engineering, and IAM/security guidelines for secure, reliable delivery.
