Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee safe, efficient, and high-quality production during the 6PM–6AM shift, leading a team of 10–15 employees.
  • •Analyze work orders to estimate employee hours, create equipment operating schedules, and establish/adjust work procedures to meet production schedules.
  • •Improve production methods, equipment performance, and product quality; inspect and measure parts/products for conformance.
  • •Manage materials and supplies by computing requirements, requisitioning materials, and planning flow of materials and equipment layout.
  • •Handle employee and workplace issues, conduct performance evaluations, and resolve production problems while maintaining time and production records.
