Key Responsibilities

  • •Run on-site operations across EMEA and MENA, owning service delivery, facilities, life safety, and workplace experience for all offices in the region.
  • •Select, onboard, and manage local facilities, security, food & beverage, and AV vendors, holding them accountable to service levels.
  • •Deliver capital projects end to end, managing design, contractors, budget, schedule, and handover.
  • •Track regional lease dates, renewal and break notices, landlord obligations, and service contract expiries; surface risks early.
  • •Own regional budget and planning by forecasting space needs against headcount growth and implementing global workplace standards across new markets.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years in workplace operations, corporate real estate, or facilities management with multi-site ownership and experience delivering an office stand-up or major build-out.
  • •Hands-on project delivery experience in the UK and ideally the Middle East, including fit-out, permitting, landlord and vendor dynamics, and lease fluency.
  • •Deep vendor and commercial management experience, including scoping/negotiating service contracts and holding vendors to service levels.
  • •Ability to operate without a playbook as the most senior Workplace leader in the room, forming recommendations on space, spend, and sequencing.
  • •Experience at a high-growth technology company scaling internationally (additional regional language capability and/or hands-on GCC experience preferred).
