Maintain and repair a wide range of customer and company-owned heavy equipment and aerial lifts at the shop in Texarkana. Use EquipmentShare’s T3 platform and real-time diagnostic data to create work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues. Follow safe repair practices, keep daily documentation, support pick-up/delivery, and assist in training lower-level technicians.

Key Responsibilities

•Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment.
•Use laptops/tablets and the T3 platform to create, assign, and monitor work orders, and track machine service intervals.
•Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems using independent judgment.
•Maintain complete and timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
•Assist with training lower-level technicians and support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
