  • •Develop and implement the Preventive Maintenance Plan Matrix for stores in the assigned region/branch and schedule maintenance tasks
  • •Distribute daily corrective maintenance tasks to Foremen based on system maintenance requests and ensure proper resource allocation
  • •Monitor corrective maintenance tasks by reviewing the system and approved job orders to ensure SLA compliance
  • •Conduct weekly review meetings with Foremen to ensure execution of the Preventive Maintenance Plan
  • •Contribute to the maintenance budget by communicating branch requirements (labor, vehicles, spare parts) to the Store Maintenance Senior Manager
