Job Summary

Lead verification and validation (V&V) for large, complex real-time software-based systems, ensuring solutions meet functional baseline requirements and fit operational purposes. Drive system requirement analysis, test planning, and execution across program locations, including acceptance V&V with customers. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, maintain testing systems and defect workflows, and mentor V&V teams while supporting Scrum ceremonies and PI planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Verify and validate solutions against functional baseline requirements and operational concepts.
•Conduct system requirement analysis to ensure requirements are testable and define verification methods and phases in the VCRM.
•Plan, execute, and report V&V testing according to project plans and schedules, including acceptance V&V with customers.
•Manage test results and defects in test and defect management systems, including regression testing and defect correction tracking.
•Support Agile planning (PI planning, backlog refinement) and mentor and lead V&V working groups; contribute to V&V process best practices.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Degree in engineering, computer science, or related discipline.
•7+ years’ test engineering/test analyst experience with large, complex, real-time software-based systems.
•Experience designing and executing Air Traffic Management verification and validation scenarios.
•Knowledge of Air Traffic Management domains (airspace, coordination, ATM HMI, interpartition, adaptation/configuration).
•Experience with Air Traffic Management standards such as ICAO, Eurocontrol, and AID.
