•Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, Commissioning and integration of contractor’s schedule
•Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programs to check adherence to the required contractual requirements and industry standard scheduling practices
•Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities to the clients
•Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programs in case of major delays
•Conduct delay analysis and assist in claims management

Key Requirements

•Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, with 10 years’ experience in scheduling in medium to large construction environments (data centres or high-tech sectors)
•Expert proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
•Strong ability to extract information from drawings, specifications, contracts and proposals
•Ability to estimate construction duration by quantity take-off and resource/execution assumptions
•Australian Citizen
