Job Summary

Maintain and troubleshoot Intel’s Automated Material Handling System (AMHS) equipment in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. You’ll disassemble, repair, and install modules using technical manuals and blueprints, perform setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance, and analyze equipment performance data to improve reliability. The role also supports engineering during experiments, equipment configuration changes, and factory ramps to ensure tool installation and conversions meet design requirements.

•Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues in manufacturing equipment and resolve module-related problems.
•Disassemble, repair, reassemble, and install equipment using blueprints, layout plans, and technical manuals.
•Perform setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance, coordinating with suppliers for service and repairs.
•Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to improve reliability and maintenance outcomes.
•Support engineering teams with experiments, equipment configuration changes, data collection, and factory ramp tool installation/conversion.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/equivalent (with 2+ years of experience) OR an Associate’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
•2+ years of experience in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
•2+ years of experience dismantling, repairing, and assembling equipment.
•Comfort working in varied physical environments, including working at heights and in confined spaces while following safety protocols.
•Ability to accurately interpret work logs and produce detailed equipment failure and maintenance reports.
