Key Responsibilities

  • •Assume routine station responsibilities of the group manager/supervisor in their absence.
  • •Assign work based on the production schedule and establish an orderly flow of work to facilitate task completion and aircraft movement.
  • •Monitor station performance records and reporting accuracy (work orders, SOI, KPIs) and maintain supplies in selected areas.
  • •Monitor line quality with Quality and notify personnel of deviations.
  • •Advocate for LEAN, support implementation of LEAN initiatives/KAIZENS, and coordinate activities with contractors as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum of 5 years aviation experience.
  • •Interiors Station specific training, or ability to adapt, learn, and lead for Interiors Station activities.
  • •Strong knowledge of processes used in the area of responsibility and strict application of FOD and Tool Control specifications.
  • •Quality and Safety applied to Interiors Station activities.
  • •Ability to use Google Suite, HMS, MES, and iObeya and communicate effectively in oral and written form with internal/external customers.
