Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the annual academic strategy in coordination with the CEO and oversee its implementation across all branches.
  • •Oversee full curriculum execution across Qur’an, Bayān, Islamic sciences, STEAM, reading/writing and related school programs.
  • •Direct and develop field visits and reporting to monitor teaching and academic evaluation quality.
  • •Supervise branch-level academic leadership, including overseeing curriculum, content, and academic quality roles.
  • •Develop and update curricula, coordinate teacher training with HR, and prepare recurring academic reports for the CEO and board.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience of at least 7–10 years in academic leadership for schools or educational institutions.
  • •Strong knowledge of Islamic curricula, especially Qur’an and Bayān, and modern curricula such as STEAM.
  • •Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to build and lead a team.
  • •Strong competence in educational assessment and teaching quality assurance.
  • •High communication and negotiation skills with fluency in Arabic (English is a plus).
