•Support managers in identifying training needs and proposing learning solutions.
•Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company policies.
•Continuously improve training methods, tools, and materials.

•Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
•Proven experience (2–4 years) in training coordination or L&D roles.

•Ability to train and present confidently to groups.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
•Proactive, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
