Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee technical delivery of pre-created workspaces for rapid onboarding, including persona mapping and access configuration.
  • •Lead complex VA program cloud platform initiatives across engineering, architecture, security, and DevSecOps teams to deliver scalable enterprise capabilities.
  • •Drive Agile/SAFe execution with PI planning, sprint/dependency management, roadmaps, risk/issue tracking, and milestone delivery.
  • •Manage platform operational readiness and continuous improvement across DevSecOps, Infrastructure as Code/Terraform, CI/CD, security/ATO compliance, and monitoring.
  • •Coordinate Databricks SME and onboarding support, including workspace setup in PreProd/Prod, linked services/mount points/data lake integrations, documentation, and status communication.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 175,000 - 185,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or related field) or commensurate experience.
  • •15+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or similar IT roles.
  • •Experience in technical project management and cloud platform coordination/delivery for engineering or data teams.
  • •Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud (Commercial and Government), including networking, compute, and storage.
  • •Familiarity with Databricks and data lake architectures, including workspace provisioning, identity management, and access configuration.
