  • •Build and maintain executive, operational, and technical relationships across health system partners, ensuring no critical relationship is a single point of failure.
  • •Serve as the primary point of contact, providing clear, timely, and reliable communication to keep stakeholders aligned.
  • •Use partner usage trends and adoption patterns to identify early signals of risk and build data-backed narratives for stakeholder conversations.
  • •Conduct regular executive business reviews to assess product performance, share value attainment, and align on continued opportunities to expand.
  • •Drive clinician success through onboarding/training, issue resolution, and monitoring clinician satisfaction and adoption to drive scaled utilization.
