Job Summary

Develop and manage Building Information Models for electrical systems on data center projects. Coordinate with MEP teams to resolve clashes, run clash detection and reporting for integrity and constructability, and create electrical specifications, schedules, and technical documentation within the BIM environment. Perform QA reviews to ensure compliance with project standards and collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate design intent and recommend improvements.

•Advanced proficiency with Revit (or equivalent BIM software) for electrical systems modeling.

•Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design and documentation tools.
