Job Summary

Lead and develop the Wynn Las Vegas store team for Prada’s luxury brands, driving brand loyalty and achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives. Represent the company, implement Retail Department directives, and ensure exceptional customer welcome, service and brand standards while coordinating with Sales Staff and Store Manager.

•Promote customer loyalty and develop client relationships to achieve sales targets and brand standards.
•Represent Prada by implementing Retail Department directions and aligning staff with corporate image and standards.
•Support the Store Manager in delivering excellent customer welcome and service while maintaining qualitative brand standards.
•Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with Retail Merchandising, Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations teams.
•Ensure the store image, product care, and staff accountability are in line with corporate standards and that staff are organized and motivated.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of retail leadership experience in a luxury or premium brand environment
•Strong customer service mindset with a client-centric approach
•Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
•Business/retail management degree or equivalent is a plus
•Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus
