Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee daily name screening operations and guide the team in conducting detailed analyses to identify risks and threats.
  • •Manage team performance by monitoring SLA, RFI rate, utilization, and quality pass rate to meet global standards.
  • •Develop and implement procedures/SOPs; drive cross-functional initiatives to enhance operational processes and the support model.
  • •Plan and manage workforce needs, including staffing and OT arrangements, to meet fluctuating volumes and 24/7 demands; conduct interviews and track performance.
  • •Implement dashboards and quality control systems; deliver regular training on new requirements, screening policies, QA findings, and product features.

Key Requirements

  • •3-5 years of solid experience in name screening.
  • •1-2 years of experience managing a team (approx. 10 people).
  • •Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • •Understanding of compliance processes and risk control frameworks across onboarding, transaction monitoring, risk assessment, customer service, and treasury operations.
  • •Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SQL is a plus.
