Production Shift Supervisor

Supervise production employees in process areas to ensure compliant, efficient operations of process units and utility systems for Huntsman’s Advanced Materials Division in McIntosh, AL. Lead safety and environmental compliance (including Process Safety), serve as Incident Commander as needed, and manage performance, training, and corrective actions. Drive production goals, maintain shift and process documentation, run leader standard work, and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders during shift operations.
