FJW Senior Specialist

Oversee fine jewelry and watch (FJW) authentication to optimize product quotas in the authentication center. Execute authentication by identifying stones and diamonds using GIA evaluation techniques, test precious metal purity, and assess brand identifiers. Research fair market value and market demand, set list prices with team approval, and support QC and product sorting for items awaiting pricing. Train and answer questions for the team while applying FIFO processes.
