Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage all aspects of MEP project delivery, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control.
  • •Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems.
  • •Conduct site inspections and quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with specifications, technical drawings, and UAE building standards.
  • •Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports; communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
  • •Manage vendors and procurement for MEP materials and equipment, implement risk management strategies, and lead/mentor project teams.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience managing MEP projects in real estate or construction environments.
  • •Proven expertise in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and infrastructure.
  • •Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • •Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera (or similar).
  • •Advanced proficiency with CAD and BIM (Building Information Modeling), plus strong UAE building code and compliance knowledge.
