Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and manage operational activities for receipt, processing, and shipment of vehicles, equipment, and returned repair parts.
  • •Develop and manage shipment schedules, adjusting timelines to prevent bottlenecks during high-volume operations.
  • •Serve as primary liaison with unit supply personnel, warehouse teams, drivers, and leadership to ensure seamless cargo flow.
  • •Review and authorize shipping/receiving documents, including DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1149, bills of lading, TCMDs, and load plans.
  • •Audit and reconcile movement data in TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, and DPAS; maintain shipping/receiving logs and ensure audit readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of transportation or logistics coordination experience in an Army contractor or military environment strongly preferred.
  • •Knowledge of Army regulations including AR 55-355, AR 710-2, AR 735-5, and DTR 4500.9-R.
  • •Familiarity with Army systems including TC-AIMS II, GCSS-Army, DPAS, and LMP.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and prepare Army transportation forms and shipping/receiving documentation (e.g., DA Form 1348-1A, DD Form 1149).
  • •Must be able to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC) and be eligible for Tier1/NACI (Public trust) background eligibility.
