Key Responsibilities

  • •Define program strategy, governance, KPIs, reporting cadence, and decision rights, and build/mentor an integrated delivery team.
  • •Drive design management from concept to IFC, including constructability, value engineering, and lifecycle performance.
  • •Own master schedule and cost plan, manage cash flow/contingencies, maintain risk register, and mitigate long-lead items.
  • •Coordinate permitting, regulatory approvals, and integrated systems testing to meet opening milestones.
  • •Lead commissioning, training, SOPs, mock openings, handover, and closeout (punch list, O&M, warranties, as-builts).

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Engineering or Construction Management (or similar) and 12 years of relevant construction experience, including 4 years of leadership or equivalent.
  • •Experience leading infrastructure and vertical construction on large-scale integrated resort, hospitality, high-rise residential, or mixed-use developments.
  • •Entertainment/hotel/hospitality construction experience.
  • •Experience leading teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
