Senior HR Executive

Partner with DEI, welfare committees, employee resource groups, global workforce operations, and HR business partners to deliver an excellent employee experience across Vietnam. Own day-to-day HR and administrative operations, ensure compliance with local employment legislation, manage statutory and external audits, and support employee engagement and wellbeing. Coordinate training programs, partner with talent acquisition for hires below assistant manager level, oversee key facilities and non-trade purchasing/vendor management, and support logistics for visitors and overseas employees.
