Key Responsibilities

  • •Design, implement, deploy, and maintain high-performing, scalable backend features for Managed Inputs (mOTLP endpoints) and Managed Integrations (agentless architecture).
  • •Own projects and features from concept through delivery.
  • •Provide engineering-level support for escalated customer cases on a rotation basis.
  • •Review pull requests to mentor peers, ensure code quality, and promote best practices.
  • •Monitor alerts, build SLIs and SLOs, and ensure system stability while supporting on-call operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Intermediate to expert Go skills with strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities.
  • •Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform), and Kafka.
  • •At least intermediate experience with observability (tracing, metrics, logs, profiling).
  • •Strong understanding of microservice architecture and distributed systems, including tradeoffs and design challenges.
  • •Ability to conduct root-cause analysis and investigate issues thoroughly rather than accepting unexpected behavior.
