Job Summary

Join Agoda’s Infrastructure Platform Development team in Bangkok as a Software/DevOps-focused Developer. You’ll design, build, scale, and maintain Agoda’s internal infrastructure, working with OpenStack, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and other modern tools. This six-month contract offers hands-on experience with a self-built infrastructure management system and automation at scale in a dynamic, globally distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, develop and implement ideas to contribute to Agoda’s infrastructure platform, with a focus on maintaining and enhancing our self-built infrastructure management system.
•Work on scaling, reliability, and automation to support Agoda’s global services.
•Interact with OpenStack, Kubernetes, OpenTelemetry, and other industry-leading tools to build and optimize our infrastructure.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable infrastructure features and tooling.
•Adopt and advocate best practices for Linux environments, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
•Programming experience in a modern language (preferably Python or Go).
•Experience with Kubernetes clusters or OpenStack environments, including scaling, reliability, and automation.
•High proficiency with Linux command line, Bash scripting, and container technologies (Docker).
•Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows.
