Staff Software Product Manager

Own the strategy and delivery of software product initiatives by bridging technical product architecture with product vision. Collaborate with enterprise architecture, engineering, design, and business partners to create end-to-end roadmaps, build business cases and ROI analysis, and define release strategies. Measure success with actionable metrics, manage trade-offs for high-stakes decisions, and ensure quality through testing and user acceptance testing. Mentor other product managers and lead quarterly planning.
